We’re expanding our Unified Design Team as we continue to design and build powerful new products that help our customers change the world - from the President of the United States to some of the world’s leading non-profit organizations. The Product Designer role will work closely with a team of other Product Designers, User Researchers, and Engineers to create beautiful, usable user interfaces for our suite of applications. This role will report to the Director of Design.

A successful Product Designer understands our users and works to design creative solutions to complex problems. An ideal candidate is an independent self-starter who is comfortable working within the constraints often found within complex software applications. A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered research and design methodologies is a must.


  • Understand our users and their problems on a deep level; advocate for them at all times
  • Create IA & UX documentation, user flows, and visual designs
  • Create interative prototypes to explore design ideas, support usability testing and obtain stakeholder buy-in
  • Validate and understand design changes made as part of a rapid-iteration process
  • Work closely with Product Managers
  • Work iteratively with agile teams to deliver a great user experience
  • Research technology and interaction design trends; and make recommendations that balance business needs, customer needs and technological capabilities when designing the user-facing aspects of features and/or enhancements
  • Be a champion for our products

Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years of product design experience for multiple devices (web, phone, tablet)
  • An online portfolio showing your previous product design work
  • Ability to present design approaches to a non-design audience (including business, product, and technology teams)
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Ability to create information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes and screen flows
  • Adapt and adjust to change in a positive manner that positively influences others and provides positive forward progress for peers and the company
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast- paced environment
  • The ability to work in an agile, creative, quick-paced and collaborative environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in modern design tools like Sketch and InVision
  • A basic understanding of modern web design technologies (HTML5, SASS, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Must be able to travel at least 2 to 3 times a year; mostly in North America
